A Personal Entry on Wonderstruck

It has been so cool to see what people are Wonderstruck by: nature, family, the nostalgic feeling you get when you look at your childhood. I personally am Wonderstruck by words- by the fact that ink forming symbols on thin slices of dead trees can hold so much life and feeling. I am Wonderstruck by the fact that an hour, no, a minute, of laughter with a good friend can completely change my perception of the craziness that is happening in this crazy world. The purpose of this theme was to get people to dwell on that brings the feeling of wonder. Wonder doesn’t always have to be a good feeling- but it does have the impact of grounding me at least in what is concrete and beautiful in this world.
